Transcription Report Addendums will appear in RISynergy, version 5.2. On the Modify Transcription Report Header screen, an Addendum button has been added to allow users to include an additional transcription report.
Some important Addendum features are:
Up to nine addendums may be created for each Transcription Report.
When a report is printed, faxed, or emailed, the original and all addendums are sent as a group.
